SOLD - Art Nouveau 18ct Gold Amethyst & Seed Pearl Lavaliere, Heart Pendant


Exquisite, Edwardian pendant, featuring a large deep purple amethyst, mounted in a crown setting in a pearl mounted, foliate design heart frame.
The pendant is a fine example from the Art nouveau period, with its pearl studded scrolls and leaves surrounding the amethyst, intertwining to form an abstract heart, complete with a pearl "en tremblant" drop.

The Amethyst is a lovely deep purple colour, it measures 11x7.5mm and has an estimated carat weight of 2.60ct.
