SOLD - Belle Epoque Platinum & seed pearl station chain


This pretty antique chain features eleven, 3mm natural saltwater pearls connected with platinum wire at 3.5cm intervals on an infinity & rolo link platinum chain. Complete with bolt ring clasp.

Tiny natural pearls from India were used extensively in antique jewellery. Many of the pearls used were from the Pinctada radiata oyster found in the Persian Gulf, the Red seas and Sri Lanka.

Pearl is the traditional birthstone for June.
