This exquisite, early Edwardian ring features five, charming old-cut diamonds mounted in a platinum crown setting with an 18ct yellow gold shank and tapering shoulders.

The diamonds graduate in size with the largest central stone measuring 3.5mm, nestled between two, 3.2mm diamonds, and finishing with two 2.8mm stones. They are eye clean, bright, and fiery with an estimated colour H and a clarity of SI. The total carat weight is approximately 0.65ct

The head of the ring spans across the finger to 15mm with a width of 3.7mm, with the shank width measuring 1.2mm.

A fabulous, antique engagement ring bearing the maker's mark of Barnet Henry Joseph & Co. Established in Birmingham in 1865, B.H. Joseph & Co. became a hugely successful jewellery manufacturer, producing high quality pieces which displayed some of the finest craftsmanship of the time!
