Modern 18ct, Gold Emerald & Diamond 2.73tcw Double Halo Statement Ring

A magnificent statement ring featuring a central, oval-cut emerald bordered by a double halo of diamond studded octagonal frames and mounted on a geometric openwork setting with a thick, solid shank. All beautifully finished in a rich 18ct yellow gold.

The deep, forest-green emerald measures 7 x 9mm and displays an alluring jardin. The characteristic inclusions often seen in natural emeralds resemble moss or plant roots which are referred to as a 'jardin' (French for garden). It has an estimated carat weight of 1.85ct.

There are a total of forty four twinkling, brilliant-cut diamonds, each measuring approximately 1.7mm with a total estimated carat weight of 0.88ct. Giving a total gemstone carat weight of 2.73cts

This vintage beauty is a true showstopper and is in a very good pre-loved condition. There are two tiny chips, one on either side of the emerald and a few minor surface scratches, visible through a jeweller's loupe. This is not noticeable when worn.
