SOLD - Victorian Gold Citrine & Pearl heart crown pendant


This utterly charming pendant dates to the late 19th century. It has been carefully hand-crafted with a heart shaped, lemon-yellow citrine gemstone adorned with a seed pearl studded crown. An additional gold bail for threading on to a chain has been added at a later date.


The crowned heart was an extremely popular style during the Victorian era, with the heart representing love and the crown representing loyalty.


Measurements: 12 x 17mm (including bail) 

Total weight: 1.6 grams

Hallmarks: None, tested to at least 9ct gold

Condition: Good
