Victorian 18ct gold, Guilloche Enamel, Diamond & Pearl Fichu Brooch
A late Georgian/early Victorian, 18ct gold, 'royal blue' guilloche enamel, diamond and pearl cluster brooch. Featuring a central 3mm old-cut diamond mounted in a crimped setting on an oval, enamel plaque surrounded by fourteen, halved natural pearls. Complete with scalloped edge.
There is a compartment verso for a keepsake (lock of hair or photo) unfortunately the rock crystal glazed section is missing (this does not detract from its beauty). Complete with T-bar and C-clasp fittings.
The face of the brooch is in very good antique condition - with all original gemstones. We think it would also make a great ring or pendant conversion (please contact us for more details).
