A sterling silver mount with a shilling coin, worn as a brooch. These brooches were popular in the Victorian era, they were worn as fashionable accessories and a convenient way to carry money for a carriage fare.

The coin can be removed and worn displaying either side (Queen Victoria's profile or crest).

Complete with T-bar and C-clasp fitting.
