SOLD - Vintage, 9ct gold smoky quartz dress ring

An eye-catching statement ring featuring a large, oval faceted smoky quartz gemstone mounted in a 9ct yellow gold pronged mount with fanned shoulders tapering down to a domed shank.

The quartz gemstone measures 14.7 x 20mm with a depth of 8.7mm and is approximately 13ct.

This fantastic vintage ring is in an excellent condition. The crisp hallmarks bear a crown/375 (denotes 9carat gold), an anchor (Birmingham assay mark), an A (date letter) 1975, together with maker's mark PBC.
