Art Deco Platinum, 18ct Gold Sureté, Diamond Arrow, Jabot, Brooch pin
This romantic, jabot pin is studded with thirty-one tiny, shimmering rose-cut diamonds mounted in a fine milligrain setting and would have been crafted during 1920's (Great Gatbsy era).
The brooch, Jabot pin has a removeable feathered tail attachment to enable the pin to be worn on a garment with only the diamond head and tail of the arrow on display (please see images).
Also known as a Sureté, (French for "security") pin. This refers to a pin that is secured with a screw on fitting or by an interior spring.
Diamond is the traditional gemstone for April.
