4. PRICING AND PAYMENT
4a. Prices are checked regularly. However, if we find the price has changed or that there has been a pricing error when we receive your order we will contact you and ask if you wish to proceed at the correct price.
4b. All payments are strictly confidential, we do not have access to your credit card details. Transactions are made through our online partner, Paypal. All details of the terms and conditions and privacy policy of Paypal are listed clearly at www.paypal.com.
4c. We will not dispatch your order until we receive payment in full.
5. DELIVERY
5a. We provide a free worldwide delivery service on all orders via Royal Mail.
5b. Orders are shipped within 24 hours of cleared payment
5c. International customers are soley responsible for any Customs import export, fees / duty, or cross border charges.
6. RETURNS
6a. In accordance with our 14 day return policy, please contact us via email to notify us of your intention to return the item within 7 days of receipt of the goods.
6b. Please return items in the same condition as they were received by you. We will not accept damaged, broken or altered items.
6c. Please return the item in its original packaging and post to the address stated on the back of the original packet.
6d. Upon receipt of the package and confirmation of the return, we will refund you in the same form as the original payment.
6e. We will deduct a fee of £50.00 to cover the cost of any free resizing of rings.

7a.Whilst we do take all reasonable steps to make sure that the information on this website is up to date and accurate at all times we do not guarantee that all material is accurate and, or up to date.
