• UK - Royal Mail Special Delivery
• International - FedEx Express

Orders placed before 2pm (GMT) are dispatched the same working day.
Orders are not dispatched on weekends or UK Bank Holidays.

All purchases are beautifully presented in a luxury branded box with gift bag and velvet pouch. 

Items are securely packed and complimentary gift wrapping is available on request.

UK DELIVERY

UK orders are sent fully insured via Royal Mail Special Delivery.

Delivery is available throughout the United Kingdom, Isle of Man and Channel Islands.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

All international orders are sent fully insured via FedEx Express.

Estimated delivery times:
• Europe: 1–3 working days
• Rest of the world: 2–5 working days

FedEx cannot deliver to PO Boxes.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs clearance.

Unfortunately we cannot ship to certain destinations including Russia, Iran, Pakistan, India, North Korea, Sudan, Sri Lanka and Ukraine, among others.

CUSTOMS, VAT & DUTIES

Customers may be required to pay import taxes, VAT or duties, which are the responsibility of the buyer.

We cover all US tariffs.
Many countries exempt antiques over 100 years old from import duty, and we include documentation identifying antique items where applicable to assist with customs clearance.

We cannot be responsible for delays caused by customs authorities. 

For legal and insurance purposes, we are required to declare the full value of items on customs documentation.
