Returns Policy
We hope you are delighted with your purchase. If for any reason you wish to return an item for a refund or exchange please read through our returns policy below.
Let us know if you are planning to return your purchase within 7 days of receipt via email to enquiries@fineantiquejewellery.co.uk.
Kindly return the item to us within 14 days of receipt via a secure and insured postal service. We also recommend using a tracking service to ensure that it gets back to us safely. We cannot issue a refund for an uninsured returned item if it is lost or damaged during delivery.
It is the buyer’s responsibility to pay for any postage costs.
The item must be returned unworn and in the same condition that you received it in along with the original packaging. Any damaged, broken or altered items will not be accepted for a refund.
Please note that a £50.00 deduction will be made on any ring that we resized for you prior to dispatch.
If you believe that your item may have been damaged in transit, please email enquiries@fineantiquejewellery.co.uk within 24 hours of receipt and provide photographic evidence of the damage along with a description. We will then raise a claim from the insurance.
