If you're planning to return your purchase, please let us know within 7 days of receiving it by emailing us at enquiries@fineantiquejewellery.co.uk.
Returns should be sent back within 14 days of receipt via a secure, insured, and trackable postal service. This helps make sure your piece arrives safely, unfortunately, we can't refund lost or damaged items that weren’t insured in transit.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
Please note: We’re unable to accept returns on items that have been resized, altered, or personalised by us or by a third party. Items must be returned unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
If your item arrives damaged or you suspect an issue during transit, please get in touch within 24 hours of delivery with a photo and a description of the problem.
We’ll work with our postal insurer to resolve it quickly.
