Art Nouveau, 15ct Gold Pink Tourmaline & Pearl lavaliere necklace


A graceful, Art Nouveau necklace featuring three moving sections, all designed with flowing scrollwork and floral influences. Mounted with sweet, seed pearls and a pretty pink tourmaline gemstone set at the centre. All beautifully crafted in 15ct yellow gold.


The centrepiece measures 9 x 2.4 cm and is connected to a gold rope chain, complete with a barrel clasp.


The name Lavalier (also spelt lavalier or lavallière) derived from the name of the Duchesse de La Vallière (1644-1710), one of the mistresses of Louis XIV, who favoured this style of necklace.
