SOLD - Rare, Edwardian Gold & Seed Pearl Star, Hair Comb, Hair Pin


Antique hair comb, featuring a 16.5 x 16.5 mm Star mounted with sixteen seed pearls, connected with a hinge fitting to a metal hair grip. This rare, pretty hair accessory may well have been worn by a bride on her wedding day. Stars were a symbol of guidance and wisdom and Pearls for purity.

Pearls are the traditional birthstone for June
