This stunning antique, Gold & Citrine brooch dates from around the late Victorian, early Edwardian period. It features a large Citrine (approximately 9.5 Carats (19x13x8mm) mounted in a prong setting, surrounded by a double gold band (hence the name target brooch). The brooch measures 30 x 23mm and is complete with T-bar & C- clasp fitting.
The Citrine gemstone is a warm "honey gold" colour, it is vibrant and clean. Citrine is the traditional birthstone for November.
