A rare and novel 18ct yellow, late 20th century wedding/keeper band with the wording 'EVERTHINE' embossed onto the face of the ring.
There is evidence of a hinge that would have once held a panel. Unfortunately this ring appears to be missing this section that would have overlaid the lettering when closed. However this does not distract from the aesthetics of the ring and is not noticeable when worn.
It displays beautiful crisp hallmarks as follows:
a crown/18 (denotes 18ct gold), shield (Chester assay office), N (date letter for 1896-97), along with the maker's mark E.V (Edward Vaughton). Along with the registration number 231605.
This sentimental piece would make a fantastic promise ring or a unique wedding band!
