Antique 18carat yellow gold sceptre (or scepter) stick pin featuring an 11x19mm pear shaped gold finial mounted with turquoise gemstones and panels of gold. 
Complete with barley twist pin.

The head of the pin measures 11x19mm and the length of the pin is 70mm
